Elements has three indoor, and two outdoor tub rooms. Each private hot-tub room at Elements includes a shower and changing area. The Water Room, and the Air Garden, are equipped with a lift for handicapped accessibility; please call for details. Click on Rooms to Explore, for more detailed descriptions and links to photos.
You may bring your own music (CDs, your iPod or any MP3 Player) or you may choose from our music selections for your tub room. The saunas also have their own CD player and radio.

In addition to the hot tub, infrared saunas are available in the Fire and Spirit Room, and a steam room (with or without aromatherapy) is available in the Water Room. The use of saunas and steam is included in the price of the room rental. Due to safety considerations, there is a two-person minimum in tub-rooms. If you would like a hot-tub before your individual massage, please call to inquire about "Supervised" sessions.
Elements' two massage treatment rooms are adjacent to the Water and Fire Rooms. You may enjoy a relaxing soak, steam, or sauna to loosen your body, then go directly into your massage - from one private room to the other. Or, if you only desire a massage, you may book that separately.
DIRECTIONS: Elements is at the junction of Main and Triangle Streets ~ 373 Main Street ~ about 4 blocks east from the center intersection of Amherst. Main Street (the street with Town Hall and the Police station) is parallel to Route 9. If you are coming from the North or South, take Route 91 and follow signs for Route 9 and Amherst.
PARKING: You may park free directly in front of Elements, or behind it in the lot for free-- take the driveway next to the "wunderarts" building.
