We are an independent, locally-owned spa, located in Amherst, MA, originally founded in 2007 by Jeff and Diana Krauth. The spa was recently acquired by another local couple, Todd and Sue Thibodeau. They bring their dedication to health and wellness to Elements, where we use only the highest-quality ingredients in all products, and retain a highly dedicated and experienced staff. We are committed to providing you an experience that will refresh your body, calm your mind, and replenish your soul.

Massage and Spa Services

Elements massage practitioners are professional Licensed Massage Therapists, experienced in a range of treatment modalities, and dedicated to your health and well-being. We are committed to providing sensitive, therapeutic, responsive and responsible treatment. All clients complete a health-information intake, and we encourage you to share your questions and expectations with your therapist so that each treatment session is healing, relaxing, and restorative.

At Elements Spa we work with the FarmHouse fresh line to deliver exceptional facials! Every facial comes with a skin analysis, and is personalized for what your skin needs, and what best suits your goals. Product recommendation and education is included.

At Elements, we work with the Satin Smooth brand to provide our clients with silky smooth skin! We use both hard and soft waxes & always conduct a skin analysis before waxing to make sure the proper product is being used.

Tub Rooms & Saunas

We have five beautiful, private rooms with state-of-the-art Hot Tubs, Far Infrared Saunas, and Steam room (with or without aromatherapy.) We also offer Individual and Couples Massage with dedicated, experienced, licensed therapeutic massage practitioners, and facials with licensed aestheticians.
