Massage and Spa Services
Elements massage practitioners are professional Licensed Massage Therapists, experienced in a range of treatment modalities, and dedicated to your health and well-being. We are committed to providing sensitive, therapeutic, responsive and responsible treatment. All clients complete a health-information intake, and we encourage you to share your questions and expectations with your therapist so that each treatment session is healing, relaxing, and restorative.
Our basic relaxation session is a “Swedish Massage,” which combines long, gliding strokes with firmer, muscle-specific work. Clients are fully “draped” ~ only the part of the body that is being worked on is uncovered.
Elements therapists also offer therapeutic deep tissue work, sports massage, pre-natal massage, myofascial release and cranio-sacral. Please see the Services menu to read descriptions of specific treatment options. For special treats, our spa services also include Hot Stones, CBD infused, CBD Wraps, Reiki and Ayurvedic Bodywork. We have therapists of many genders: male, female and non-binary. If you have a preference, please let us know at the time of booking.
